MUSCLE ACTIVATION TECHNIQUES (MAT)
MAT is a revolutionary approach to the assessment and correction of muscular imbalances, joint instability, and movement limitations. TPI GOLF FITNESS PROGRAM
Our level 3 certified TPI golf fitness instructor will implement the TPI assessment and program design protocols. The assessment will evaluate upper/lower body flexibility, posture, core stability, balance, and golf specific mobility. Based on the results of the TPI screen, we will develop an individualized exercise program to address your physical limitations that may be affecting the golf swing and/or risk for injury. In addition our program will improve the balance between joint mobility and stability required for the golf swing and as a result increase your muscle strength and muscle mass
