A former NCAA soccer and rugby player, Andrew has broad training experience ranging from post-injury rehab and pain reduction and weight loss to sport-specific and sport specific
conditioning. Andrew holds a BA from Colby college and is certified by NASM and FMS. he believes strongly in sound movement quality as the foundation to any good exercise program.

Andrew is a sports junkie and outdoor enthusiast who still plays soccer and loves backpacking, golf, skiing, snowboarding and trail running. Always the student, he is currently pursuing an advanced degree in physical therapy with a focus in sports medicine.
